From the moment we got seen to the moment we left we have been treated with respect, empathy and care. Was very busy, but we could see how quickly the emergency department was trying to minimise everyone's time.

Roof was leaking in 3 places and made it tricky

Booking in at reception was our longest wait 30mins. Triage was smooth and thorough where we were then sent to minor injuries for my daughter to be assessed. The lady we saw was great with my daughter and spoke to her only asking for my clarification where needed. My daughter was very at ease. Quick, efficient and thorough assessment and diagnosis. Amazing staff

Booking in the be a little smoother and not take quite so long, although I am aware flow of department and amount of patients booking in can’t be helped by reception staff.

Staff was friendly and professional and we wasn't waiting long

The toilet were absolutely disgusting so dirty and smelly

My husband came in for a rotary cuff repair. All the staff were welcoming, kind and attentive. The ward was very clean and comfortable.

Great experience from stepping foot on ward, great explanation of anesthetics and the procedure, very friendly and professional doctors and nurses.

After surgery not alot was explained to me, such as when i can take bandage, when i can shower or when i need to get compression stockings

Got seen to quickly. Unsure as to if his autism diagnosis would have been made know but the staff were great with him as he is high functioning so doesn’t display many traits but struggles with his communication.
